FLOS by STARCK

I directed this film for the french designer Philippe STARCK.

.

Created for Flos's 50th birthday and screened during the 2012 Design Week in Milan, this film tells us the story of two men gathered by an idea of design. Philippe Starck gives Flos CEO Piero Gandini a ride through Paris on his motorcycle. Together, they ride through a common ideal. They thought the world in wich we live today and the world of tomorrow is opened to their minds.

.

Shot in only 4 hours (these guys are the busy type), early in the morning with 7 cameras (2 RED Epics and 4 Canon 5Ds on a huge camera car + a GoPro mounted on the motorcycle), making this film has been a real challenge for everyone. And we had a lot of fun !
